My story is your story
As a Detox coach and Chinese Medicine Specialist i am very busy, but just like you, I care tremendously about what I put in my body, but rarely have the time to do all the planning, shopping, prepping and cooking my self. When running my detox programs i realized where my detoxers struggled the most was finding food, after searching, I also struggle to find clean and nurturing food that is also delicious and not only taste like grass. That is why I created Detox Kitchen to give provide you with fresh, delicious, nutritionally balanced meals that never compromise on taste and always deliver on convenience.
